My Mission

I strive to educate my clients by shifting their awareness on how to make positive changes, regardless of life’s challenges, enabling a far superior quality of life through yoga, Pilates, breath work, meridian stretches and meditation.

Vision

To raise awareness because our actions impact our lives and our planet. All aspects of health and wellness tie into the core of our soul. Our very energy cycle works best when we are relaxed and stress free. The program I purvey enables the body to heal, become whole again connecting to our oneness of love and the spirit of humanity.

Science is now proving that our body responds to our thoughts and how we feel. Good or bad, the body doesn’t care, it just reacts to how you feel.

Lynn has been practicing and teaching mind/body/breath connection since 2000. Her diverse style includes mindful awareness techniques on how to hit the pause button at any moment in time, utilizing tools such as positive thoughts, conscious breathing , daily affirmations, mantras, guided meditation, gentle movement, stretching, strengthening and balancing.

She holds certifications in yoga, Pilates, Pilates reformer and meditation.

She has been teaching healing yoga with Hopeful Hearts Ministry for survivors of abuse since 2013. Her mission is to provide tools which guide individuals on how to feel supported, loved, at peace, joy and bliss, regardless of age, shape, abilities, health condition or circumstances.
